Payment Methods

HDS Systems, Inc. accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards, checks and cash.  Credit cards are not charged until the day of shipment.

Shipping and Handling

HDS Systems, Inc. charges a fixed shipping and handling fee per order:
  • $10 for priority mail shipments in the USA
  • $25 for air mail shipments to Europe, Canada and Mexico
  • $35 for air mail shipments to other parts of the world
Shipments include insurance and tracking where these services are provided.  The insured value is the declared international customs value - no exceptions.

Orders that include out-of-stock items will be held until all items are available for shipping.

Warranty

HDS Systems, Inc. warrants to the original owner that Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of Product.  This warranty does not include cosmetic blemishes, damage, modifications and normal wear.  HDS Systems, Inc. will repair Product, replace Product with an equivalent Product or refund the original purchase price for the defective Product - at its sole discretion.  You are solely responsible for determining the Product's suitability for your application and you take sole responsibility for Product's use.  In no case shall HDS Systems, Inc. be liable for more than the original purchase price of Product.

If Product requires repairs not covered by this warranty, we will contact you with an estimated repair cost and ask you to provide a payment method prior to making repairs.

Return Policy

HDS Systems, Inc. offers a 30-day money-back return policy.  Returns must have been purchased directly from HDS Systems, Inc. and must be returned postage paid in new condition with the original packaging and a copy of your invoice. Please tell us why you are returning the item.

Batteries and similar consumable items may not be returned if the seal has been broken.  Electronic, optical and LED subsystem modules or parts may not be returned if the seal has been broken.

Privacy Policy

HDS Systems, Inc. collects information in the normal course of business so we can provide you with the products and services you request from us.  We do not sell or otherwise provide this information to third parties other than as is necessary to provide the requested products and services.  On rare occasion we might send you information about a new product.
