GSA contract GS-07F-0235X

The General Services Administration (GSA) contract system is used to negotiate a government-wide pricing structure with selected vendors. These contracts allow the military, Federal, State and local governments to purchase items at favorable pricing, without having to go out for bid. This includes local police and fire departments.

HDS Systems holds GSA contract GS-07F-0235X. Our contract is through Schedule 84: Total Solutions for Law Enforcement, Security, Facilities Management, Fire, Rescue, Clothing, Marine Craft and Emergency/Disaster Response. The contract began January 21, 2011 and was recently extended to January 20, 2021.

GSA SmartPay cards accepted

HDS Systems accepts GSA SmartPay. When placing your order via purchase order, please add the GSA SmartPay card information to the purchase order. Please include the card number, expiration date, verification code from the back side of the card, card holder's full name and the complete billing address for the card.

Placing orders

You can order on-line using the GSA Advantage web site. Or you can issue a purchase order listing the items you wish to purchase and include payment information.

In addition to GSA SmartPay cards, we also accept personal credit cards and government checks. We can even process Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) payments for larger orders.
