EDC ExecutiveTM Flashlights

The EDC Executive flashlights are a single button multi-brightness everyday carry pocket flashlight for the sophisticated flashlight user. HDS Systems invented the intelligent pocket flashlight and the EDC Executive flashlight is the culmination of our pioneering technologies. You can directly and instantly access the brightness level you need - from a normal brightness that provides exceptionally long run times to a blinding tactical brightness level for emergencies to an extreme dim for preserving night vision. EDC High CRITM Flashlight

Our LEDs provide an CRI (color rendering index) of over 90. The flashlight's color temperature is around 3700°K so it is considered to be warm white in appearance. EDC IRTM Flashlight

The EDC IR flashlight uses a high power infrared LED for the most versatile IR illuminator available. With 4 preset brightness levels, you can choose a low level for close quarter work or a high level to light up distant objects over 110 yards (100 meters) away. The medium to higher levels are also useful for illuminating the shadows around bright lights often encountered in urban areas. Completely optimized for the current generation of night vision goggles.

D-cell Lithium/Sulfur Dioxide Battery

The D-cell Lithium/Sulfur Dioxide Battery uses an advanced battery chemistry that economically out-performs most commonly available battery chemistries - including the alkaline/manganese dioxide chemistry used in the ubiquitous alkaline battery. These batteries are compatible with the Action LightTM flashlights. These batteries can also be used with most 2 D-cell flashlights if you change the bulb to a 6V (4 battery) bulb.
